SUMMARY:DVI for Radiographers in Melbourne
DESCRIPTION:The ANZ-IAFR is proud to offer another Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) course for Radiographers with a practical session in Melbourne!This course will provide attendees with knowledge to understand the DVI process\, a radiographer’s role in the multidisciplinary team and the pros and cons of different imaging equipment in various scenarios.This is run as a two part course:1. An online theory course which MUST be completed at least 48 hours prior to the practical workshop. The online course will take approximately 7 hours to complete and confirmation of completion must be brought to the practical workshop. Please ensure you allow adequate time to complete the online theory course otherwise you will not be able to attend the practical workshop.2. The practical workshop which will be held on Saturday 21 October 2023 at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Places are limited to 20 participants (N.B. Trybooking charges a 50c booking fee)\n\nThis is a 1-day event with morning tea\, lunch and afternoon tea provided.
