In this paper, originally presented at the African Society of Forensic Medicine, Dr. Naidoo will discuss the nature and impact of trauma accompanying an alcohol-intoxicated fall. The presentation will describe the nature of likely injuries including bases skull fractures and peripheral trauma focus and discuss their investigation from the perspective of the forensic physician.<\/p>\n
