Frequently Asked Questions

Before contacting us, check if you might find the answer below

First of all you must be a member of IAFR and your membership fee paid. Your email address is your username. Password is created when you register. If you have registered prior to July 2024, you can create a new password by using the “forgot my password” feature.

All IAFR webinars are run on our eLearning platform. You must create an account and log in to the eLearning site. From there you can access all our webinars and courses.

If you are a member, you have received a voucher code after paying the membership fee. Giving the voucher code on the eLearning site allows you to enjoy the webinars for free. As a member you access the webinars via a yearly webinar series – not as individual webinars.

If you are not a member of the IAFR, you pay the webinar fee on the eLearning site. You may purchase an individual webinar or the yearly series.

We are glad you asked! Our membership service is run on this site. You can log in and go to the account page to view and update your data. More information about logging in is above in “how do I log in…”.
