Full Member
Full membership of IAFR is open to any registered* radiographer, radiologic technologist, and imaging technician with an interest in forensic medical imaging.
*Registered refers to registration by a recognised national or international regulatory body.

Associate Member
Associate membership is open to anyone with a professional interest in forensic medical imaging, this may include Doctors or Academic professionals. Associate Members will not have any voting rights at the annual general meeting.
£60/year
Student Member
Student Membership will be open to any student registered on an approved full-time course of education in radiography or radiologic technology leading to a qualification eligible for registration who has an interest in forensic medical imaging.
£30/year

What We Do?
IAFR members:
- Develop post-graduate forensic radiography courses in conjunction with universities and academic institutions
- Identify victims of mass fatality incidents
- Investigate high profile homicide cases
- Investigate war crimes and genocide
- Locate concealed objects
- Organise and manage forensic training courses and conferences
- Advise governmental bodies and professional organisations on forensic radiography policies and procedures
- Advise national programmes on emergency planning
- Analyse archaeological material for research for museums, universities, and archaeological units
- Examine paintings for authenticity and conservation

Student membership will be available to registered students for the duration of their studies and 1 year post graduation. The student membership fee will be set at one half of the full member rate and shall rise to the full member rate one year post graduation.
Student Members will be entitled to:

- Obtain IAFR Student Member discounts where available
