Back to Basics of Forensic Radiography – HOBART, TAS

‘Back to Basics of Forensic Radiography’ is designed to educate attendees on the basic of forensic imaging in adults and paediatrics, starting with how forensic imaging differs from clinical imaging, purposes of forensic imaging, adaptive techniques, legal aspects, record keeping, standards, and documentation of forensic imaging.
The course has 2 parts:
1. An online component is required to be completed at least 48 hours prior to the workshop and will take approximately 3 hours to complete. The link to the online component will be emailed to you upon registration. Please ensure you give yourself adequate time to complete the theory component, as you will not be able to attend the practical workshop without completing it!
2. The practical workshop will be held in the Old Woolstore in Hobart (TAS) on Wed 25 March 2026. Please note the workshop is approximately 1.5 hours long. The workshops will be spaced throughout throughout the day, starting at 8am. You must attend 15 minutes prior to the start of your workshop for registration.
